We ship DAILY, most orders that come in by 3pm eastern time will ship that same day. USPS First Class Mail alone is not protected for damages, lost or delayed mail. We use the USPS trackable service but that does not guarantee your package from delays or even loss, unfortunately. Please read the Route Package Protection Service below.Â
IF You CHOOSE NOT to use ROUTE, Glitter And Crafts4UÂ will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, if your package is sent PRIORITY Mail you are covered for up to $50 Only.
If your package is damaged then you will need to open up a claim with your Post Office if your item was sent Priority.
If your package is lost or stolen you are responsible for contacting the Post Office, your neighbors, your mail carrier, & anyone else that may be able to help you with lost or stolen mail. Glitter And Crafts4U are not responsible.
We do not add any extra charges to your shipping costs, we charge you what we pay. If you place more than 1 order in a given period where we are able to save you money by combining packages, we will do so and give you the overpayment in glitter. We will try and message or call you but if we do not hear back from you we will send out colors that will complement your order.
USPS First Class Mail is not protected for damages, lost or delayed mail. But....We Also offer a Package Protection Service called Route. The cost is $.98 up to the first $100, then it is 1% of the total over $100. This coverage is available to ALL Orders including International.
We ship Internationally, using USPS International rates or DHL (Worldwide) depending on your preference. USPS Internationally usually takes a minimum of 14 days to arrive while DHL (Worldwide) arrives within 4-5 days on average, sometimes less to Canada. If you have questions or want to maximize the amount you can buy in weight to get the most out of your shipping costs please check with me for more specific information such as rates and weight tiers. Route Personal Package Protection is available on all international packages.
When you purchase Route Package Protection, you can report an order issue for packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged. Read Route Package Protection Policies.
 All issues must be reported as close to the order date but have deadlines.

Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered

Lost (domestic): Between 7* and 30 days from the last tracking update

Lost (international): Between 20* and 30 days from the last tracking update

Stolen: Between 5* and 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
If your item is marked as Delivered and you do not receive it, you must get a Police Report to show that it has been taken.Â

If you uncheck the Route Package Protection box, it will be set as the default so please check it when you decide you need the coverage. Better to be Safe than Sorry is how I feel but this is your personal preference.
