All pictures are as accurate as possible.Â
Actual colors may vary slightly due to the fact that every computer monitor or screen has a different capability to display colors. We try to edit our photos to show the glitter as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your screen.

Refund & Return Policy - Refunds will only be issued on products that have been approved for refunds, All others will not be refunded so please do not return any items without prior approval
-There is a 10% restocking fee for ALL Items Cancelled & Returned to us unless waived by us prior to issuing the RMA.
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. No refunds or returns after 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, will be accepted. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon inspection, if it is not in the condition sent to you, weight, etc it will be rejected and if you want your product back you will have to pay to ship it back to you.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift Cards are not returnable.
To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any weighted item that has been used will have the weight of the product used and therefore deducted from the original weight and refunded at the lesser value. Any attempt to add to the product will void the return and all items returned for a refund will be rejected.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 days although your bank may take longer to complete the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in part by Glitter And Crafts4U. Shipping Damages are not our responsibility. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at glitterandcrafts4u@gmail.com and send your item to: 2019 Paprika Dr Orlando Florida US 32837.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
ALL returns will need to be approved, do not send anything back without an RMA number. We can refuse to accept returned items for any reason.
If approved we will notify you by email with instructions to return your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost to initially send you the product will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping any items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
